2011 Rates:

$165 per night double occupancy > $15.00 each additional person

2 night minimum required for each reservation (A one night stay is possible just contact us)

Add only a 3% sales tax to each rate (as you get farther into the town of Seward, the tax is anywhere from 7-11%)

Cancellation Policy > A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold reservations.  Remaining balance is due upom arrival.  Notice of cancellation must be received 2 weeks prior to date of arrival in order to receive a full refund of deposit.  A 50% refund of deposit will be given with 1 week notice of cancellation and no refund if less than 7 days prior to date of arrival.  There will be a one time non-refundable accounting fee of $15 upon any cancellation regardless of notice.
