A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold reservation. Remaining balance is due at the time of arrival.
Notice of cancellation must be received 2 weeks prior to date of arrival in order to receive a full refund of deposit. A 50% refund will be given if notice is received 1 week prior to arrival date and no refund if less than 7 days. There will be a one time non-refundable $15 accounting fee upon any cancellation.
